This is the largest studio-type apartment I have ever stayed in. It features well-equipped amenities, a kitchenette, an electric iron, a washing machine, and toiletries. The check-in process was extremely convenient, thanks to the code and digital door lock. It is located near the Naka River, where the nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk (Sumiyoshi-bashi bus stop). Canal City and Nakasukawabata Shopping Arcade are just a 15-minute walk. The nearest subway station is Watanabe-dori (Nanakuma Subwaqy Line within an 8-minute walk).

New decorations of Bathroom and toilet, with Dyson hair dryer as well. Walking distance from Tenjin for 19mins, so no worries about last train

There were everything in the room for staying. If you visit here with your family and stay long period, it will be a good place for you.

Good location for the things I was doing/places I was visiting. Room was generous by japanese hotel room size standards. Plus there's a great coffee shop, 'Clutch' a short walk over the canal to start your morning.

Location is really great and very good views of the river, lots of great restaurants close by and a short walk to the nightly food stalls on the river. Spacious rooms and adequate cooking facilities if needed.

The room had a riverside view, and was a quick 5-10 minute walk to Canal City. The bed is huge, and the room is pretty wide, especially for Japanese standards.
